• Material: Crafted from High Conductivity Copper (C101), known for its excellent electrical conductivity and durability. The base is constructed from galvanised steel, which provides robust support and corrosion resistance.
• Insulation: Equipped with M10 Brass Insert Resin Insulators, offering superior insulation and reliability.
• Standards/Approvals: Each earth bar is manufactured from a 50mm x 6.0mm copper bar and is rated to handle up to 815 amps, ensuring it meets rigorous industry standards.
• Bolts & Insulators: Supplied with sturdy M10 bolts and high-quality red insulators.
• Voltage Rating: Insulated up to 600v AC and 750v DC, making them suitable for systems up to 600 amps.
• Link Options: To meet your specific needs, we offer configurations with no link, single link, or twin disconnection links.
• Size Availability: We stock and manufacture earth bars up to 50-way as standard, ensuring quick availability and fulfilment.
• Centre Spacing: Offered in 35mm and 50mm centres, with custom spacing available upon request.
